Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our automobile products.
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and presenting appropriate product or service solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in the Salesforce CRM system (or other relevant tools).
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates.
- Provide detailed product information to customers and address any questions or concerns regarding features, pricing, and financing.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s offerings and the latest industry trends.
- Handle customer objections with professionalism and perseverance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Outgoing and confident personality, with a positive attitude and strong persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections gracefully.
- Familiarity with using CRM systems to track and manage leads and customer information.
- Knowledge of automobiles and automotive services is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desired Skills (Bonus):
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with automotive financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in cold-calling or lead generation in any industry.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of telemarketing or sales experience.
- Previous experience in the automotive sector is a plus, but not required.
