What this actually means:

We have built our own L1 blockchain, and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure and more accessible. Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world. You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems – for a real-world problem solving. We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication.

Role: Frontend Engineer- L3/ Frontend Lead

Shape our digital ecosystem by crafting sophisticated interfaces with React.js within our MERN stack environment. You'll transform design concepts into polished, performant frontends while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll build critical components across our blockchain portfolio—from payment gateways and exchange wallets to tokenization platforms, admin panels, authentication systems, and no-code tools. Success in this role demands technical excellence in coding, thoughtful code reviews, and seamless collaboration across global product teams.

Location: Noida (Hybrid) / 5 Days

What will you get to do?

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and responsive frontend applications using react.js frameworks.

• Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.

• Ensure frontend performance optimization, handle real-time blockchain data rendering, and implement security best practices around user authentication and transaction flows.

• Guide and mentor frontend engineers in a fast-paced Web3 environment, conduct code reviews, and promote modular, reusable design patterns.

Profile Expectations:

• Proven track record of 5+ years crafting exceptional front-end experiences with React.js across varied digital products with bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline.

• Advanced proficiency in the React.js ecosystem, including sophisticated state management patterns (Flux/Redux), modern toolchains, and high-performance data structures.

• Deep fluency in fundamental React paradigms—component architecture, hook implementation, and lifecycle orchestration.

• Refined aesthetic sensibility with the technical ability to translate design vision into polished, intuitive Interfaces.
