Responsibilities :

1. Efficient Use of Resdex :

- Utilize Resdex effectively to source and identify potential candidates.

- Maintain and update the candidate database regularly to ensure accurate and current information.

2. Closing of Higher Positions :

- Successfully close senior and executive-level positions by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and expectations for each role.

3. Personal Outreach to Candidates :

- Develop and maintain personal connections with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Communicate effectively with candidates to understand their career aspirations and align them with organizational opportunities.

4. Poaching from Competitor Organizations :

- Identify key talent within competitor organizations and develop strategies to attract them.

- Conduct discreet and professional approaches to ensure confidentiality and integrity in the recruitment process.

5. Understanding and Implementing Business Goals :

- Align recruitment strategies with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization.

- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure that talent acquisition supports the company's strategic direction and growth plans.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in headhunting and executive search.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Deep understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.

- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
