Position Overview : Role : Drive ServiceNow architecture, define requirements, design solutions, deliver capabilities. Scope : Platform design, implementation, governance, solution integrity, enterprise Responsibilities : - Engage with executives ? capture pain points & requirements.- Translate needs into ServiceNow solutions.- Maintain technical integrity (governance, change control, impact assessments).- Lead architecture & design workshops.- Oversee enhancements & enterprise program delivery.- Hands-on : Workflows, IntegrationHub, Workspaces, NowAssist, UI/UX, Performance Analytics, scripting (JS, HTML, business rules, ACLs, catalog items, dictionary).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stay updated on latest SNOW : - Delivery Architect role (consulting environment preferred).- 8+ yrs ServiceNow hands-on experience.- Strong ITIL/ESM/Asset Mgmt/SecOps/AI/Low-code exposure.- Scripting in JavaScript, HTML.- Certifications : CSA mandatory; CIS & App Dev preferred.- Soft skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, Details : - Client : Globe Life Insurance (BFSI vertical).- Engagement : Managed Steady State.- Primary Skill : Application Mgmt Configuration ServiceNow.- Experience Level : Master (8+ yrs ServiceNow exp).
