Job Purpose :
As a Senior Client Servicing Executive, you will act as the key liaison between Livewire and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, effective project execution, and long-term relationship management.
Your role will focus on understanding client needs, developing creative solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Livewire and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client expectations.
- Interpret client requirements and translate them into comprehensive proposals and cost estimates.
- Develop creative event concepts and presentations, ensuring they align with client needs and industry trends.
- Work closely with internal design and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all event elements meet quality benchmarks.
- Provide regular updates to clients on event progress and address any concerns proactively.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on client payments and post-event feedback to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Oversee event show flow management, ensuring smooth on-ground execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event solutions to enhance client offerings.
- Travel for site visits, recces, and client meetings as required.

- Strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations and budgets effectively.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with event management tools and processes.
Teamwork
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Support the Client Servicing Head in All CS Functions
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client and vendor relationships.
Experience & Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an event management or experiential marketing agency.
- MBA/Graduate in Event Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
