Review Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates, understand, maps to the business needs. Prepare Technical Documentation including design documents, technical specifications and user guides Be comfortable working in an atmosphere of continual learning and process improvement. Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely mannerREQUIRED SKILLS Fluency in English Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project Workflows, HDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Configurations, VBCS & Redwood UI Business process knowledge of Global HR , Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent ManagementMinimum Qualifications: 6 – 12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions ( Global HR , Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management) 4-6 years of support experience Excellent communication skills to work with agile team Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
