Key Responsibilities :

- Murex Support : Provide expert support for Life Policy Admin features, addressing issues and resolving incidents.

- Functional Expertise : Demonstrate a deep understanding of Murex's Life Policy Admin functionalities and their integration with surrounding applications.

- Technical Proficiency : Leverage technical skills to troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, and implement enhancements.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze impacts, and deliver solutions.

- Problem-Solving : Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

- Project Involvement : Participate in Murex implementation, upgrade, and configuration projects.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5-7 years of experience in the Insurance/Financial Industry, with a minimum of 5 years supporting Core Policy Admin systems, especially Life Asia/Life400.

- In-depth knowledge of Murex's Life Policy Admin features and functionalities.

- Understanding of surrounding applications like underwriting engines, front-end/mobile applications, and workflow.

- Experience in omnichannel integration.

- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.

- Knowledge of integrating with other surrounding applications, such as Sales Portals, Workflow, and underwriting engines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with Agile/Iterative delivery methodologies.

- Experience with application integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is an advantage.
