Job Title: HTML Developer (Content & Design Implementation)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HTML Developer to join our team and focus on creating high-quality web pages from document-based content (e.g., Word, PDFs) and Figma designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HTML and CSS, and be able to implement and organize content independently without requiring constant input from designers. You will be responsible for ensuring that the content is structured properly and looks visually appealing, while ensuring best practices in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Key Responsibilities:


• HTML Page Implementation: Convert content from various document formats (e.g., Word, PDF) into responsive, semantic HTML web pages.


• Figma Integration: Occasionally receive Figma designs for web pages and accurately translate them into HTML/CSS code.


• Content Structuring: Use your design sense to structure and organize content on the page effectively, ensuring readability and visual appeal, even when no specific design is provided.


• Basic Design Adjustments: Make small design adjustments (e.g., spacing, font styling, element positioning) based on content needs without heavy reliance on designers.


• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure pages look and function well across different browsers and devices (mobile-first approach).


• Content Management: Independently manage and update content on existing pages when new content is provided or changes are needed, while maintaining consistent design and structure.

Skills and Qualifications:


• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3: Ability to write clean, semantic, and well-structured HTML and CSS code.


• Basic Knowledge of Figma: Ability to interpret Figma designs and implement them into web pages.


• Content Organization: Experience in organizing and structuring content on web pages to ensure readability, even without specific design instructions.


• Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap 4-5.


• Strong understanding of responsive design principles.


• Basic JavaScript knowledge (optional but a plus).


• Experience working with content management systems (CMS)

Experience Requirements:


• 1-3 years of experience in HTML/CSS development.


• Previous experience converting document-based content (Word, PDF) into structured web pages.


• A portfolio of HTML/CSS work, showing your ability to translate content and designs into functional web pages.
