Job Description:

As a Social Media Creator at G.R. Bathla & Sons, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience of students, educators, and academic professionals. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand's online presence, driving engagement, and supporting our marketing strategies through innovative social media campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, , and YouTube.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with our brand's voice and objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to social media trends, incorporating them into content strategies to maintain relevance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce promotional materials for upcoming book releases, events, and educational campaigns.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Creator, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with educational content and an understanding of the academic publishing industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
