Join us as we build the next generation of AI-led products.Key Responsibilities:·     Design and develop production-ready AI/ML systems with scalability and maintainability in mind·     Develop agentic AI workflows and orchestrate LLMs using frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel·     Build and expose AI capabilities via RESTful APIs and backend services·     Implement RAG-based systems by integrating LLMs with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone)·     Build, fine-tune, and evaluate ML/DL models using strong fundamentals (feature engineering, evaluation, architecture selection - CNNs, Transformers, etc)·     Test, validate, and monitor AI models to ensure robustness, fairness, and real-world reliability·     Proactively identify and mitigate bias, drift, and hallucinations in generative systems·     Deploy and iterate AI services on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) using CI/CD best practices·     Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-first solutionsMust-Have Skills & Qualifications:·     Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology.
