We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics Developer with extensive experience in MES AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, middleware, web services, and complex system integrations.

- Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions and integrations, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Development :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications using DIXF (Data Import Export Framework), AIF (Application Integration Framework), and web services.

- Create and maintain business processes using BPEL (Business Process Execution Language).

Integrations and Middleware :

- Design and develop integrations with external systems using BizTalk 2016, web services, and MQ (Message Queue) systems.

- Implement and manage data integrations using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).

Database Management :

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Ensure database integrity, performance, and security.

Reporting and Analytics :

- Design and develop reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and dashboards with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services).

- Provide insights and analytics to support business decision-making.

Customizations and Enhancements :

- Customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop and maintain .NET applications integrated with Dynamics 365.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Work with test management tools to ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance of developed solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.

Middleware and Messaging Systems :

- Implement and manage middleware solutions to ensure seamless communication between systems.

- Develop and support messaging solutions using MQ systems.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Maintenance and Support :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Proficiency in database management and SQL Server.

- Experience with MQ systems, web services, and BPEL.

- Strong knowledge of SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, BizTalk 2016, BarTender, and .NET.

- Familiarity with Windows OS 2012 and related server environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
