We leverage advanced technology and streamlined processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and scalability in our operations.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that empower decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports.Optimize data workflows and support automation initiatives.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor‘s degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.2–5 years of experience in BI, MIS, or data analytics roles.Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Preferred SkillsExperience with ETL processes and data modeling.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Experience as an OTP Planner (Order to Payment process understanding).Salary Range₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and skills).What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work on advanced BI projects.Growth-oriented environment in a fast-expanding company.
