We are looking for Devops Lead for one of our clients. Your job scope is as follows:–You will be responsible forProposing and implementing advanced cloud architectures, in continuous alignment with key cloud providers, such as AWS and GoogleBuilding and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.Support the continuous evolution of infrastructure as code approach, ensuring advanced levels of automation throughout the lifecycle of all workloads.Ensuring there are no single points of failure in the infrastructure.Continuously improving efficiency when setting up new cloud infrastructure and maintaining existing instances, ensuring automation, resilience, and security.You will be passionate about the infrastructure as code paradigmYou will hate doing things more than once and feel the need to automate everythingYou will have nightmares about single points of failure in the infrastructureYou will feel the need to be challenged and you hate being blocked from delivering your full potentialYou will proactively explore new technologies and tools to improve process automationYou will want be involved in the decision-making process, and not just a pulley in a big machineYou will feel the need to be part of an international project, spawning multiple continentsYou will require the following qualifications and skills Experience with DockerExperience with Linux systems managementProven experience in KubernetesExperience with Git, GitHub, BitBucket or StashExperience with CI and CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo or similar)Solid Experience with at least a programming/scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, GO, Java, Node.js, PHP)Experience with application and system monitoring tools (such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Kibana)Experience in the configuration, management and troubleshooting of web servers (Apache, NGINX), database systems (SQL and Non SQL), caching (Cassandra, Redis, Memcache or others) and queues (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ or similar)Experience working as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer in an agile and fast paced environmentExperience in a continuous integration/deploy environmentExperience with AWSAutomation experience in the context of a micro-service/SOA architecture.The following skills are not mandatory but will be valued Team management/ leadership experienceExperience with ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts, Argo Workflows, Argo Events, FluxCD, TektonKnowledge about Kyverno, OPA (Open Policy Agent)Experience with the implementation of a Service Mesh (for example, Istio, Linkerd, Kong Mesh)Knowledge about ConsulExperience with Kubernetes native "infrastructure provider" tools such as Crossplane, AWS's ACK (AWS Controllers for Kubernetes), Google's Config Connector, Azure's ASO (which stands for Azure Service Operator)Knowledge about one or more of the following: Helm, Kustomize, Grafana's Tanka, VMWare's carvel yttExperience with Backup tools like Velero for KubernetesExperience with Vault
