Aptitude Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aptitude Trainer to train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance.
• Mentor and guide students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
• Track students' progress through assessments and share feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
• Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
• Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
• Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer / Faculty / Coach is preferred.
• Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
