Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Your RoleConduct all BMS commissioning phases: Pre-functional, Functional, and Integrated Systems TestingPerform software/hardware integration with third-party systemsTroubleshoot and resolve system defects, supporting other trades and contractorsDevelop, test, and commission BMS control programs based on detailed Sequences of OperationOversee Site Acceptance Tests and demonstrate systems to consultants and clientsFine-tune system parameters to meet design intent and maximize energy efficiencyManage installation teams and day-to-day site activities, including labor, materials, and equipmentCoordinate with the commissioning manager and document all commissioning activitiesEnsure all technical documentation, QA/QC protocols, and HSE compliance are maintainedControl drawing management and track updates for as-built submissionsRecord team efficiencies and report delays, constraints, or deviationsOversee handover documentation, including spares, warranty details, and compliance statementsWhat We’re Looking ForDiploma in Electrical Engineering (required)Minimum 5 years of hands-on commissioning experience, especially in BMS and integrated systemsStrong leadership, decision-making, and communication abilitiesProven success handling teams, budgets, and project timelinesAbility to work under pressure with autonomy and precisionFamiliar with project specifications, construction drawings, and commercial coordinationWhat We OfferTotal package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
