The role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing a team of recruiters (if applicable), coordinating with business leaders, and ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions across departments (Non-IT as applicable)Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines accordinglyDevelop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and campus hiringScreen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checksNegotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with HR operationsMentor and guide junior recruiters or team members to achieve recruitment targetsMaintain recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectivenessCollaborate with external recruitment vendors and ensure service-level complianceEnsure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and data confidentialityProvide regular reports and updates to HR leadership and stakeholdersContinuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practicesQualifications & Skills:4–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure to managing hiring across multiple functionsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsProficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysisAbility to handle pressure and meet tight deadlinesIf you are interested or know someone who might be a great fit, please share your profile via email at yasmin.g@shunyatattva.co.in or whatsapp on +91 8097940900Thanks&Regards,Yasmin Gori+91 8097940900yasmin.g@shunyatattva.co.in
