About the Role:
The Vice President - Fixed Income will be responsible for managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and corporate treasuries, providing fixed income investment solutions. The role involves business development, client relationship management, and collaborating with internal teams to offer customized fixed income products.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- Interact and build long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and corporate treasury departments to understand and evaluate investment requirements in fixed income products.
- Lead the end-to-end marketing process for fixed income products, including creation of investor pitch books, presentations, research reports, and product brochures.
- Organize and host investor webinars, roundtables, and exclusive investor events to drive product awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Credit teams to design and structure fixed income solutions tailored to client-specific credit profiles and investment needs.
- Proactively assess client creditworthiness, propose customized debt product solutions, and execute transactions ensuring alignment with internal policies.
- Onboard new corporate clients and family offices, managing the entire KYC and investment process.
- Ensure accurate and timely capture of client portfolio data into internal reporting systems, and prepare periodic custom reports for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, regulatory updates, and competitor activities relevant to fixed income investments.
- Drive internal and external communication to keep stakeholders informed of new product launches, market outlook, and investment opportunities.
Key Skillsets:
- Strong understanding of Fixed Income products: Corporate Bonds, Structured Notes, Debt Funds, Private Credit, etc.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a proven ability to engage HNWIs, family offices, and corporate treasuries.
- Strong analytical ability to assess client credit profiles and customize debt solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in preparing high-quality investor materials: pitch books, presentations, and detailed investment reports.
- Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting wealth management and fixed income markets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Fixed Income Sales, or Corporate Treasury Advisory.
- Prior experience in dealing with Family Offices and understanding their investment mandates is highly desirable.
