- Ensure that animations meet technical requirements for integration into games or videos.

- Work with motion capture data and refine it to create natural character movements.

- Maintain organized files and adhere to production schedules and deadlines.

- Strong understanding of human anatomy and motion principles.

- Ability to animate facial expressions and lip-sync for voiceover performances.

- Create high-quality animations and visual effects using After Effects.

- Edit and enhance raw video footage using Premier.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines are met.

- Review final animations and suggest improvements as needed.

- Strong portfolio showcasing character animation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Work closely with scriptwriters, storyboard artists, and directors to bring stories to life.

- Animate characters, environments, and other assets based on storyboards and scripts.

- Apply principles of animation such as timing, spacing, and weight to create smooth and appealing motion.

- Partner with content and marketing teams to co-develop video concepts with a strong motion graphics identity.

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, develop storyboards, and plan animations based on scripts and creative briefs.

- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines.

- Maintain consistent quality and style across all animation Proven experience in 3D character animation, preferably in a professional or freelance capacity.

- Proficiency with animation software like Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.

- Experience with rigging and creating smooth, natural character movements.
