Full job Animate 3D characters and creatures with a focus on realistic movements and emotions.- Create lifelike body mechanics, facial expressions, and hand gestures.- Collaborate with the design and story teams to ensure the animation aligns with the vision and narrative.- Refine and improve animation timing, performance, and fluidity based on feedback.- Ensure that animations meet technical requirements for integration into games or videos.- Work with motion capture data and refine it to create natural character movements.- Maintain organized files and adhere to production schedules and deadlines.- Strong understanding of human anatomy and motion principles.- Ability to animate facial expressions and lip-sync for voiceover performances.- Create high-quality animations and visual effects using After Effects.- Edit and enhance raw video footage using Premier.- Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines are met.- Review final animations and suggest improvements as needed.- Strong portfolio showcasing character animation skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Work closely with scriptwriters, storyboard artists, and directors to bring stories to life.- Animate characters, environments, and other assets based on storyboards and scripts.- Apply principles of animation such as timing, spacing, and weight to create smooth and appealing motion.- Partner with content and marketing teams to co-develop video concepts with a strong motion graphics identity.- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, develop storyboards, and plan animations based on scripts and creative briefs.- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines.- Maintain consistent quality and style across all animation Proven experience in 3D character animation, preferably in a professional or freelance capacity.- Proficiency with animation software like Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.- Experience with rigging and creating smooth, natural character movements.
