Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented AVP/VP of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the SAAS and tech sales domain. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in selling technology solutions to financial institutions and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of FinAGG's lending technology solutions among banks and NBFCs.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations to understand their needs and position FinAGG's offerings effectively.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of deals.
  • Team Leadership : Mentor and lead the sales team, providing guidance on best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
  • Performance Metrics : Set performance metrics for the sales team and monitor progress against targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience : 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the financial technology or lending sector.
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of SAAS products, lending technologies, and MSME financing solutions.
  • Skills :
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing high-performing teams.

Compensation

  • Salary range: ₹30 LPA (commensurate with experience)
