Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced L3 Collaboration Engineer with expertise in Cisco Unified Communications and IP Telephony (IPT). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration solutions, including CUCM, CUCX, Cisco Unity Connection, and Jabber. Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications solutions including CUCM, CUCX, and Cisco Unity Connection.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IP Telephony (IPT) and Jabber issues.- Support, optimize, and manage enterprise voice and video infrastructure.- Perform upgrades, migrations, and patch management for Cisco collaboration platforms.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate collaboration solutions.- Provide L3 support for escalated issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution.- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term solutions.- Maintain documentation and provide technical training to junior engineers.- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards. Required Skills & Qualifications :- Expertise in Cisco Collaboration technologies: CUCM, CUCX, Cisco Unity Connection, Jabber.- Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, RTP, and QoS.- Hands-on experience with IPT deployments, troubleshooting, and optimization.- Proficiency in integrating Cisco voice and video solutions.- Experience in Cisco gateways (ISR, VG) and SBCs.- Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and security policies.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Cisco certifications preferred (CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration is a plus).
