Job Description


We are looking for TECHNICALLY Good Engineers , with Good Physics and Mathematics.

Undergo structured training on manufacturing processes, assembly, and quality standards specific to defense equipment. Learn about high-precision mechanical systems and defense technology requirements.

Support the design team by working on CAD models, drawings, and simulations . Assist in research and development (R&D) for new defense-related products. Gain hands-on experience in Bomb Shell Hydraulic Pressure Testing Machine , Dynamic Snubber (Shock Arrestor) Test Facility, ROTOR DYNAMICS TEST FACILITY, HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVE TEST BENCH etc.... and assembly of high-precision parts. Work on production planning, process optimization, and troubleshooting issues. Assist in testing and inspecting components to ensure compliance with defense-grade standards.

Understand non-destructive testing (NDT), material testing, and performance validation. Participate in on-site installation and commissioning of machines at defense locations. Learn about preventive and corrective maintenance techniques for high-tech machines.
