Role : PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 DeveloperExperience : 4-6 YearsLocation : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, PuneWork Mode : Hybrid (2 days work from office is mandate)Notice : ImmediateRoles & Responsibilities :Role Summary :We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Developer with strong expertise in Application Designer, Application Engine, and PeopleSoft Code (PeopleCode). The role involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting PeopleSoft applications while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Participate in requirements definition sessions to understand business objectives and system needs.- Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate functional requirements into implementable technical designs.- Research and recommend alternative design solutions where appropriate.- Analyze requirements, develop prototypes, and refine applications in partnership with users/analysts.- Design, code, test, and implement complex programs using Application Designer, Application Engine, and PeopleCode.- Build and maintain Component Interfaces, File Layouts, BI Publisher reports, and PS Queries.- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for Oracle 11g/12c databases.- Conduct peer reviews, code reviews, and design inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards.- Create and execute test scenarios and test plans, analyzing results throughout the project lifecycle.- Document technical solutions and ensure on-time delivery of all functional artifacts.- Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements of PeopleSoft FSCM systems.- Promote collaboration, teamwork, and lead by example in delivering technical excellence.Required Skills & Experience :- 34 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft technical development.- Strong expertise in :1. Application Designer2. Application Engine3. PeopleSoft Code (PeopleCode)4. Component Interface, File Layout, BI Publisher, PS Query- Proficiency in SQL with Oracle 11g/12c databases.- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules.- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with Integration Broker and web services.- Exposure to PeopleSoft upgrades or cloud migration projects.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
