About Us:

CareerGuide is a dynamic startup dedicated to transforming the educational landscape. Backed by significant funding from marquee investors in India and abroad, we are proud to be a well-funded organisation. With our proprietary arsenal of 20 psychometric tests, we cater to the diverse needs of our 2 million monthly website visitors and 6 million registered users. Our unique "Uber for career counselling" model seamlessly connects students with our network of over 1500 career counsellors via our platform and mobile app. We take pride in certifying more than 600 career counsellors and facilitating tens of thousands of admissions across various Indian and international universities. Today, we are running profitably, marking a significant milestone in our journey.


Role Overview:

We are in search of a visionary Co-Founder to spearhead our sales and digital marketing efforts. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in positioning CareerGuide as a formidable force in the ed-tech segment. Your strategic insights and innovative approach will steer our growth trajectory, cementing our position as industry leaders.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify differentiation opportunities and refine market positioning.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and investors.
  • Guide product development initiatives based on market feedback and customer insights.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales and digital marketing roles, preferably within the ed-tech or related industry.
  • Prior experience as a co-founder in the ed-tech sector would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a clear vision for driving organisational growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating complex ideas and strategies effectively.
  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, fuelled by a passion for innovation and disruption in the education sector.
