Our clients include Myntra, Adidas, Forever New, Marico, Mamaearth, Sugar Cosmetics, Lakme, Nivea, and many more.Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by developing strong client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and ongoing business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations) to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of solutions. Understand client requirements, identify upsell opportunities, and drive product adoption. Track key account metrics, prepare reports, and share business insights with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering a “customer-first” approach. Support clients with day-to-day troubleshooting and guide them on Unicommerce product usage. Required Skill Set 1–4 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing / Customer Success in SaaS, E-commerce, or Technology domains. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision makers. Good problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset. Exposure to SQL, APIs, or technical troubleshooting is an added advantage. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
