Description :We are seeking an analytically strong and technology-driven Data Analyst with proven experience in data modelling, healthcare data exchange, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and AI/ML concepts, with the ability to translate complex healthcare datasets into actionable insights. You will be responsible for supporting clinical, operational, and regulatory reporting needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities :Data Management & Governance :- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple data sources and systems.- Maintain strict adherence to data governance protocols and regulatory compliance within the healthcare ecosystem.- Implement data validation, cleansing, and standardization techniques to ensure high-quality datasets for reporting and analytics.Analytical Insights & Decision Support :- Conduct complex data analyses to support clinical workflows, operational efficiencies, population health management, and business outcomes.- Develop analytical frameworks and dashboards that support KPIs, value-based care metrics, and performance benchmarking.- Interpret data trends, identify anomalies, and deliver insights through clear and compelling visual storytelling.Strategic Collaboration :- Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and develop data-driven solutions.- Collaborate with engineering, product, clinical, and operational teams to design and deliver scalable analytics models.- Work with external data providers, vendors, and partners to ensure accurate data integration and analytics delivery.Healthcare Data Analytics :- Support regulatory reporting, HEDIS measures, and clinical-quality metrics.- Work with healthcare standards such as FHIR, HL7, CCDA, and claims datasets.- Perform analysis on clinical interventions, utilization, risk adjustment, outcomes reporting, and care management workflows.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 3- 5 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare analytics, or related domains.- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one scripting/statistical language such as Python.- Hands-on experience in AI/ML concepts, including feature engineering, predictive modelling, and algorithmic understanding.- Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and data modelling techniques.- Experience building data pipelines, ETL workflows, or working closely with data engineering teams.- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, ICD, CPT, LOINC, or other interoperability frameworks.- Exposure to HEDIS, value-based care programs, regulatory mandates, and clinical reporting systems.- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.- Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
