Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Role Purpose:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with a focus on SaaS solutions to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inside sales, a solid understanding of SaaS products, and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic selling, customer engagement, and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, qualify, and prospect new SaaS leads through various channels (cold calling, emails, , and other methods).
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct online product demos and presentations to potential clients, explaining the benefits and features of our SaaS offerings.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to close.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring that all customer needs are met and delivering solutions that align with client goals.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to refine messaging and collaborate on strategies for converting leads into clients. Collaborate with product teams to understand product capabilities and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Customer Success Focus: Ensure seamless handover to customer success and support teams post-sale to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and maximize customer retention.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
Skills & Experience:
- 2-7 years of inside sales experience, with a focus on SaaS products or services.
- Proven track record of sales success, including lead generation, closing deals, and meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and the ability to sell complex software solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools to manage pipeline and track sales activities.
- Ability to conduct effective product demos and communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive deals to completion.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for solving customer problems and delivering solutions that drive value.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, etc.).
