InCommon is hiring on behalf of a European technology company expanding operations to India with a focus on building a high-performing technical center of excellence.

Our team delivers innovative e-commerce and Java full-stack solutions using agile methodologies, maintaining close collaboration between our European and Indian operations.

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead to establish and oversee our India operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong operational and technical background to manage project delivery, key business functions, and drive seamless collaboration with our European teams.

As the India Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the regional strategy, managing resources.

Key Responsibilities :

Resource & Talent Management :

- Lead hiring processes and ensure optimal resource allocation to support business growth.

- Build and scale a technical team of 20-30 members by the end of 2025.

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies focusing on senior developers and other technical roles.

Strategic Collaboration :

- Work closely with European leadership teams to align delivery goals and operational strategies.

- Participate in a 2-week onboarding program in Germany to understand company culture and meet key stakeholders.

- Ensure seamless integration between Indian and European teams on project delivery.

Stakeholder Management :

- Lead high-level negotiations and decision-making processes with internal and external stakeholders.

- Represent the company in business discussions and partnership opportunities.

- Build and maintain productive relationships with key partners and clients.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education & Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a strong understanding of both technology and management.

- Deep understanding of software development processes and technologies, particularly Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Angular, and VueJS.

Professional Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in technology or operations management.

- Proven experience in overseeing large-scale projects and optimizing team operations.

- Demonstrated success in scaling tech teams and operations in India.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
