Working in an Agile environment, you’ll contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web-based solutions using a modern tech stack. A strong emphasis is placed on testing methodologies and automation best practices.What You’ll Do - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based solutions using Golang, React, PostgreSQL, Apigee - Collaborate with team members to implement software based on design principles, patterns, and best practices - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and efficiency - Utilize AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for coding, debugging, and problem-solving - Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends - Contribute to architectural decisions, identifying technical risks and opportunities - Build and test RESTful APIs; automate test cases using Cypress and related tools - Leverage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for continuous integration and delivery - Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contributing to team planning, reviews, and retrospectives - Promote and enhance internal documentation and development processes - Support performance tuning, security testing, and system scalability effortsRequired Qualifications- 5+ years (Software Engineer) / 8+ years (Senior Software Engineer) of experience in software engineering - Minimum 1+ years (SE) / 3+ years (Sr SE) in Golang and React development - Experience in microservices architecture and cloud-native development - Proficiency in cloud technologies such as: - GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Apigee, Terraform, Helm, Istio, Envoy, Datadog - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and REST API development - Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and the full web development lifecycle - Experience writing automated tests using Cypress or similar tools - Familiarity with GitLab, version control, and CI/CD best practices - Experience or training in Agile Scrum methodology - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in constructive technical discussionsPreferred Qualifications- Exposure to the insurance domain - Hands-on experience or interest in AI development and programming - Experience with RestSharp for API testing and integration - Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for collaborative problem-solvingWhy Join Us - Be part of a team that’s not afraid to innovate - Work with cutting-edge technologies - Thrive in a culture that values learning, growth, and inclusion - Contribute to solutions that genuinely improve customer experiences
