Job Overview


We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer with a solid understanding of graphic design principles and a keen interest in video editing. In this role, you’ll work closely with our stakeholders to create visually compelling graphics and engaging video content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Design Creation: Develop and execute high-quality graphic designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
  2. Video Editing: Edit and produce videos for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, ensuring a cohesive visual style and effective storytelling.
  3. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and media.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  5. Feedback Integration: Take constructive feedback positively and incorporate it into design revisions to meet project objectives.
  6. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative design solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
