The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality CRM solutions, ensuringperformance optimizationand seamlesssolution movementacross environments.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintainMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRMsolutions includingplugins, custom workflows, custom APIs, and integrations . Implement and customizePower Portalfor external-facing CRM solutions. Build and managePower Automate flowsfor business process automation. Integrate CRM with external systems usingAzure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus , andbatch jobs . Handlesolution movementacross development, UAT, and production environments ensuring version control and integrity. Manageperformance tuning, optimization, and monitoringfor CRM applications. UtilizeAzure Log AnalyticsandApplication Insightsfor diagnostics and issue tracking. Debug and resolve issues at bothfront-end(JavaScript, portals) andback-end(plugins, workflows) layers. Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Preparetechnical documentationfor customizations, integrations, and deployment processes.
