IE collaborates with global clients, EPCs, consultants, and fabricators to support projects worldwide, including Europe, Canada, the Middle East, and India.Role DescriptionThe Mechanical Drafter will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, collaborating with engineers to interpret project requirements, and preparing detailed mechanical plans and layouts. The role includes reviewing engineering designs, conducting design inspections, and providing input on design improvements for mechanical systems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.Responsibilities:- Preparation of Fabrication drawings for Pressure Vessel & Storage Tank as per API, ASME & VIII Div-1&2, ASTM Standard. - Preparation of Piping Layout drawings. - Preparation of Isometric drawings. - Preparation of Support Layout drawings. - Preparation of Support detail drawings.
