Experience in SQL Queries. Exchange, Mobile device configuration and app deployment & build management Knowledge on Cloud products like Azure, Office 365 Mobile device management using Intune tools and programming knowledge (preferable PowerShell or Python) Mobile Device Management product / Mobile Application Management product experience Must have experience in performing RCA, reporting after resolutions Must have excellent debugging and problem analysis skills. Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Good communication skills and has relevant experience in handling customer independently
