Role Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITIL processes, automation, deployment pipelines, and system observability, with a proven track record of ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability of critical applications in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities :


- Drive Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes in line with ITIL best practices.

- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, Terraform, and OpenShift (OCP).

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- Implement containerization, observability, and business continuity planning strategies.

- Perform server builds, patching, and provide technical support across environments.

- Conduct performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner, Octane, LambdaTest, JMeter, and ALM QC.

- Utilize monitoring and deployment tools like Grafana, UrbanCode Deploy (UCD), and AppDynamics to ensure system performance and availability.

- Support disaster recovery (DR) drills, remediation of software vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security standards.

- Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 7+ years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.

- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

- Hands-on expertise in deployment and automation tools (Jenkins, Harness, Terraform, OpenShift).

- Proficiency in performance testing and monitoring tools.

- Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux server administration.

- Proven ability to manage high-availability systems and disaster recovery planning.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
