Purpose of the Position:
• Support the Head HR in leading, Planning, organizing and supervising the HR functions of the Organization.
• Initiate, devise and implement HR strategies while improving processes and procedures within a demanding environment, deadlines and budgets.
• Develop a motivated and flexible team by building working relationships and ensuring all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
Major & Direct Responsibilities & Duties :
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's business objectives.
• Managing the talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and determining hiring processes for new hires.
• Monitoring training needs and developing and managing employee training programs.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety rules.
• Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses.
• Managing employee relations and conducting conflict management and resolution.
• Developing and implementing employee retention and employee engagement programs to increase employee retention.
• Conducting employee surveys and analyzing the results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Engaging in project management to devise new HR strategies.
• Developing and managing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Managing HR budgets and providing reporting HR activities to the HR director and other senior managers.
• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
• Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and improve decision-making.
• Use analytics to forecast workforce trends and measure HR performance.
Candidate Profile:
• Should be Graduate/Masters in HR Management.
• Minimum of 15+ years of work experience with at least 5 years in HR leadership role in manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Ability to think and act with a strategic perspective
• Understanding of the strategic staffing/workforce planning/capability development process and its objectives
• Strong project management skills
• Strong numerical, negotiation & reasoning skills
• Strong inter-personal skills (collaboration, communication, conflict handling, networking, inter-cultural competence), including client relationship
• Strong communication skills (written, spoken, presentation)
• Strategic thinking, planning, and creative problem-solving skills
