ADP is hiring a Tableau Developer within our People Analytics & Insights team.Are you passionate about using data to drive decision making?Are you intellectually curious and like to ask “why”? If so, we want to talk with you.We strive for every interaction to be driven by ourCOREvalues:Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, - Social Responsibility.RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and publish interactive dashboards on Tableau Server (including dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, and data source management). Create interactive filters, parameters and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau. Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team. Maintain (and provide suggestions to improve) our current inventory of standard dashboards. Interact with key stakeholders to understand requirements and execute these through iterative development approaches. Ensure consistency with team’s standards of excellence by adhering to an established set of coding and style guides. Ensure work products and presentations are error-free and conform to visual presentation standards – including data checking, proofreading, formatting and corporate branding guidelines. Understand and support the People Analytics strategy and act as a role model for the analytics team as we expand the amount of high-quality analytics and insights through the organization.KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Extensive portfolio of BI dashboards, demonstrating design competence, capability, and methodology. Strong proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyze data effectively. Immaculate attention to detail and a keen eye towards visual presentation of work product. A positive “can-do” attitude and a high personal accountability for results. Ability to successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with and communicate confidently with all levels of staff and management. Intellectual curiosity and passion for HR and Analytics (do you like to ask “why” and find insights/answers?)QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:At leastfive years of experiencedesigning and developing business intelligence dashboards using Tableau. At leastfive years of experience using Tableau suiteof products (Desktop Professional, Prep, and Server) Experience working with large and complex data sets; able to write simple queries to create calculated fields. Strong qualitative and analytical skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:Prior work experience with HR data within a large global company Knowledge of SQL/R/Python for data wrangling and data analysis Experience running reports / creating dashboards in IBM Cognos Experience with HTML and JavaScript
