Machine Learning Engineer

Description : We are looking for a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in ML engineering, DevOps (Docker & Kubernetes), and experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and MLOps workflows.You will be responsible for building and managing scalable, production-grade ML systemscovering data pipelines, model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization in distributed environments.Key Responsibilities : - Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring.- Implement CI/CD workflows for ML models using containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM-based applications for real-world use cases.- Collaborate with data, ML, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of ML systems.- Manage model serving infrastructure and automate workflows using MLOps best practices.- Monitor deployed models for performance, drift, and reliability, and enable continuous retraining.Key Requirements : Core Skills : - Proficient in Python and modern ML development practices.- Strong understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle (data ? model ? deployment ? monitoring).- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.- Experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines.- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone, FAISS).DevOps / MLOps Skills : - Strong experience with Docker (containerization) and Kubernetes (orchestration).- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).- Exposure to workflow orchestrators like Airflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, or Kubeflow.- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure also acceptable).- Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark, Beam, or Flink.Data Engineering : - Familiarity with streaming data concepts (windowing, late arrivals, triggers).- Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale structured/unstructured data.Education : - B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.Nice-to-Have : - Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).- Knowledge of observability tools for ML pipelines (Prometheus, Grafana, MLflow).- Contributions to open-source ML or DevOps projects.
