We are seeking an experienced V+ Performance Test Engineer with a strong background in transaction system operations and performance testing. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 6 years of experience in V+ systems, hands-on expertise in using transaction simulators across various schemes, and a solid understanding of JIRA for defect management. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Performance Testing : Design, develop, and execute performance tests for V+ systems, ensuring that all transaction processing systems meet performance benchmarks and are optimized for high availability.

- Transaction System Operations (TSOD) : Leverage your experience in TSOD to monitor and analyze system performance, identifying potential bottlenecks or issues before they impact operations.

- Simulator Knowledge : Utilize your expertise in simulators to replicate various transaction scenarios across all payment schemes, providing comprehensive testing coverage and ensuring system robustness.

- Defect Management : Manage and track defects using JIRA, working closely with development and QA teams to ensure that all issues are logged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.

- Collaboration : Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to understand system architecture, identify performance requirements, and implement testing strategies that align with business goals.

- Reporting and Documentation : Prepare detailed reports on performance testing results, providing insights and recommendations for system improvements. Maintain thorough documentation of all testing processes and results.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance testing and transaction system operations, continuously seeking ways to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

- Communication : Effectively communicate performance issues, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across teams.


Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 5 to 6 years of experience in V+ systems with a strong focus on performance testing and transaction system operations.

- Technical Skills : Proficient in using simulators for various payment schemes, with a deep understanding of transaction processing systems and performance testing tools.

- JIRA Expertise : Hands-on experience in using JIRA for defect management, with a strong ability to manage and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex system issues and recommend effective solutions.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with a proactive approach to achieving shared goals.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with other performance testing tools or platforms.
