The company has carved out a separate fintech vertical tasked with digital transformation using cutting-edge technology and bringing in fresh talent.We are seeking a skilled and proactive Webmaster to manage and maintain our company website, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of hands-on coding experience, with strong expertise in ReactJS and WordPress development, website optimization, SEO best practices, and technical troubleshooting.Join us if you like :- Own the end-to-end management and maintenance of the company's website.- Develop, update, and optimize site features using ReactJS and WordPress.- Ensure website performance, uptime, and responsiveness are consistently high.- Implement regular website updates including content, design, and structural changes.- Help to implement and improve SEO best practices, optimize page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.- Collaborate with SEO, marketing and design teams to integrate campaign requirements effectively.- Manage website hosting, security, backups, and domain-related configurations.- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform debugging as required.- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and web standards.What you'll need to bring :- 5+ years of professional experience in web development and management.- Strong proficiency in ReactJS (functional components, hooks, routing, state management).- Deep understanding of WordPress, including theme customization and plugin development.- Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and REST APIs.- Experience with website performance optimization and SEO best practices.- Familiarity with tools like Git, Google Analytics, Search Console, and website heatmaps.- Basic understanding of server management (Apache/Nginx), cPanel, and cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP).- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Nice to Have :- Experience with headless CMS or WordPress + React hybrid setups.- Exposure to CI/CD tools for web deployment.- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and GDPR compliance.What you get :- Competitive salary and benefits- Flexible work environment- Opportunity to lead and own the digital presence of a growing brand- Learning and development support (ref:hirist.tech)
