About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceMax Developer to join our global team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting customized ServiceMax solutions for diverse business needs, with a focus on field service management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized ServiceMax solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and deploy ServiceMax features, including work orders, service contracts, preventive maintenance, entitlements, and mobile solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceMax with other third-party systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers and teams working on the project.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, and deliver training sessions for key users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceMax implementations, including configuration and customization.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceMax functionality such as scheduling, inventory management, field service, and mobile solutions.
- Experience with APIs and web services for system integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring junior team members.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or field service operations is highly beneficial.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of field service processes in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, or healthcare.
- Prior experience in ServiceMax mobile configurations and usage.
