Role : Mobile Apps Testing :We are seeking a motivated Automation Test Engineer with around 2+ years of experience in mobile test automation.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in writing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts for Android and iOS applications, ensuring high-quality product delivery.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium or any other related tool for mobile applications (Android/iOS).- Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test scenarios.- Execute automated regression suites as part of the CI/CD pipeline.- Perform functional, regression, and compatibility testing for mobile platforms.- Log, track, and retest defects in Jira (or equivalent).- Support manual testing when required, focusing on exploratory and edge-case scenarios.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Appium or any other related tool (Java/Python preferred).- Good understanding of mobile testing concepts (UI, gestures, device compatibility, network conditions).- Experience with TestNG / JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git for version control.- Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure Boards.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an Agile environment.Nice-to-Have Skills :- Knowledge of cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).- Experience in API testing using Postman/RestAssured.- ISTQB or similar certification.
