Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in MBA courses, with a special emphasis on marketing.
  • Engage in academic research and contribute to research publications in reputable journals.
  • Design and update curriculum to reflect the latest trends and standards in the field of management education.
  • Advise and mentor students regarding academic curricula and career goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in research and teaching activities and engage in committee work as required.
  • Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to service activities at the institution.
  • Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote continuous learning among students and faculty.
  • Engage with the college's international partners to develop collaborative education programs and opportunities.
