About Position:The Head of Strategic Narrative & Thought Leadership will define and drive Persistent’s voice in the market — connecting our technology vision, delivery excellence, and innovation culture into a unified global story. The role blends strategic storytelling, editorial excellence, and market insight, ensuring Persistent’s narrative is consistent, differentiated, and reflective of our leadership in digital transformation and AI-led innovation.- Role: Head of Strategic Narrative & Thought Leadership - Location: Pune & Delhi(NCR) - Experience: 15+ Years - Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:1. Narrative Strategy & Market Positioning- Develop and own the company’s strategic narrative framework that connects business strategy, innovation, and impact. - Translate complex technology concepts and organizational priorities into clear, engaging, and market-relevant messages. - Identify emerging industry themes and shape Persistent’s viewpoints to lead conversations around digital engineering, AI, and sustainability. - Ensure narrative consistency across leadership communications, brand assets, and external engagements.2. Thought Leadership Development- Build and execute Persistent’s global thought leadership agenda — including research programs, whitepapers, executive POVs, and multimedia storytelling. - Collaborate with business and technology leaders to bring data-driven insights and innovation stories to life. - Partner with research and analyst firms to co-create content that elevates Persistent’s authority and brand credibility. - Design high-impact storytelling formats that make technical and business content more relatable and human-centered.3. Storytelling & Executive Visibility- Create compelling storytelling assets — including leadership articles, keynote content, podcasts, videos, and digital narratives. - Support executive communications with clear, insight-led content that strengthens brand reputation and thought leadership presence. - Bring forward stories that highlight customer success, talent, innovation, and community engagement through the Persistent Foundation. - Drive storytelling that inspires confidence among clients, partners, analysts, and employees alike.4. Activation & Channel Integration- Partner with Brand, PR, Digital, and Events teams to activate narratives across global campaigns, industry platforms, and media channels. - Integrate storylines into flagship events, analyst briefings, and ecosystem collaborations. - Ensure message coherence across owned, earned, and partner channels. - Track performance and optimize amplification strategies to enhance reach and relevance.5. Measurement & Optimization- Define and monitor KPIs for thought leadership effectiveness — including reach, share of voice, engagement, and brand sentiment. - Conduct periodic reviews to refine the narrative strategy based on insights and market feedback. - Strengthen the link between storytelling, brand perception, and measurable business outcomes.6.
