SEO Manager Job Description HighRadius is looking for an SEO Manager to lead SEO initiatives for multiple product suites and drive measurable organic growth. In this role, the incumbent will design and execute advanced SEO strategies aligned with business goals to strengthen keyword visibility, organic traffic quality, and lead conversions.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement SEO strategies across product clusters, combining technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives. Perform keyword & topic research, content GAP analysis that aligns to business objectives. Conduct SEO audits & identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture etc to improve website performance. Generate content outlines focusing the practices of SEO-optimized flow, structure & quality that fosters trust & authority for brand. Plan and deploy on-page optimization i.e. title, meta tag, headers and image optimization etc. Deploy advanced content optimization strategies for AI models powering search engines, AI chatbots and other AI systems. Effectively optimize content for SERP features like - featured snippet, AI overview, FAQs & people also ask for etc. Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics platforms/ SEO tools to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors and create strategies to identify opportunities. Work closely with development, design, and content marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of website development and SEO campaigns. Mentor SEO Analysts and support ongoing initiatives in content scaling, CRO, and off-page strategies such as blogger outreach and digital PR.Skills Sets Required: Strong understanding of Internet, Html/CSS & Web technologies. Solid knowledge of Microsoft / Google Suite Well-informed of Search engines algorithm changes & industry trends. Well versed on SEO tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, All in One SEO etc. Good analytics skills on GA, GSC, Microsoft Clarity. Knowledge of AI-driven SEO and automation tools. Mentor & guide SEO analysts on the day to day execution & trackingRequirements: Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in SEO. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical & results-first mindset. A constantly learning & adapting individual.
