Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing strategy. This includes managing client relationships, driving campaigns across various digital platforms, and leading a team of marketing professionals. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle client relationships effectively are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Campaign Management: Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, email marketing, and others, to drive engagement and brand growth.
  • SEO & Content Marketing: Direct SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and lead content creation that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Client Handling: Maintain and grow client relationships by effectively managing expectations, delivering reports, and ensuring that all digital marketing efforts align with client goals and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support a team of digital marketers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and performance-driven results.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Social Media & Brand Management: Oversee the company's social media strategy to ensure consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging across platforms.
  • Budget Management: Optimize digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI across different channels.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and consistent messaging.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
  • Client Handling: Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand client needs, and deliver digital marketing solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing a marketing team to drive results.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Expertise in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends) to monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, collaborate with teams, and communicate clearly with clients.
  • Creative & Problem-Solving: Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns to meet changing business needs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) is a plus.
