The role demands expertise in SEO best practices, staying ahead of industry trends, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving abilities to drive measurable results for clients.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end SEO campaigns across multiple clients.Conduct detailed website audits and provide actionable insights for improving search rankings.Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website authority.Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with search intent.Monitor and analyze SEO performance using industry-standard tools, ensuring continuous improvement.Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, AI-driven SEO techniques, and emerging trends.Work closely with analytics teams to generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations.Manage and build relationships with clients, providing strategic consultation and performance insights.Assist in business development efforts by supporting SEO pitches and proposals for potential clients.Top Skills Required:Technical SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including Hyperlocal SEO and Google My Business (GMB).SEO Strategy & Execution: Experience with programmatic SEO, AI-driven SEO, and optimizing websites for search engine visibility.Client Management & Communication: Ability to engage with clients, present insights effectively, and manage expectations.Analytical & Data Interpretation Skills: Proficiency in analyzing SEO performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.Collaboration & Teamwork: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including content, analytics, and client servicing.Culture Fit:We value innovation, collaboration, and accountability, fostering an environment where ideas thrive, teamwork drives success, and responsibility is embraced.Technical Skills (Preferred):Proficiency in Google Keyword Planner, Google Business Listing Dashboard, and Google Analytics.Experience with industry-relevant SEO tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc.Familiarity with Google Data Studio preferred.This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead impactful SEO campaigns within a Digital and Tech agency, contributing to business growth while staying ahead of evolving search trends.
