Role Description & Responsibilities:

Location: Bengaluru

Position: Art Director


This is a full-time on-site role in Bangalore for an Art Director (3-4 years experience) to work with some exciting new age brands on the verge of a launch and help establish brands solve challenging problems.

Note: For your application to be considered, you must have core advertising campaign experience.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create stunning and innovative visual ideas for advertising campaigns across all media
  • Take responsibility for campaign development from ideation to execution
  • Present your ideas in an interesting manner to communicate to clients
  • Bring the science of design to develop impactful Packaging Design
  • Understand target audience and business priorities and bring them to life in output
  • Champion the use of AI in creative development
  • Be an expert in creating social media and digital content 
  • Adapt ideas according to feedback from clients and agency teams.
  • Maintain a high level of quality with short turnaround times.
  • Be responsible for building the agency’s creative reputation.
  • Create innovative designs and layouts for both print and digital media.
  • Use creativity to redefine design briefs while adhering to cost and time constraints.
  • Work with a wide range of media to produce compelling designs.
  • Generate fresh ideas and concepts through creative thinking.
  • Collaborate with senior team members for design approvals


You must have:

  • 3-4 years experience in advertising and design agencies
  • Bachelor/Master of Fine Arts 
  • Strategic and creative thinking 
  • An eye for detail 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Expertise in softwares like Adobe Illustrator, photoshop
  • Ability to leverage AI smartly
  • Ability to do Motion Graphics is a plus
