Key Responsibilities:Growth & P&L:- Own GMV/NSV, CM2/CM3, and TACoS, creating monthly and weekly growth plans per channel.- Build bottoms-up forecasts and drive demand shaping via promotions, AMS/Flipkart Ads, and Q-commerce placements.Assortment, Content & Merchandising:- Define channel-wise assortment and price ladders; launch NPDs rapidly.- Ensure PDP best practices (titles, bullets, A+ content), image/video standards, and storefront optimization.- Drive Share of Voice through keyword strategy; manage Buy Box, ratings (>4.4), and review velocity.Performance & Trading:- Plan and execute campaign calendars (event sales, brand days, payday bursts).- Monitor and optimize AMS/Sponsored Ads/Flipkart Ads/Nykaa Ads (keyword mining, ACOS control, bid automation, query mapping).- Maximize Q-commerce visibility through hero slots, banner placements, sampling, and bundles.Operations, Supply & SLAs:- Set inventory norms per channel/DC/dark store; maintain >95% fill rate and (ref:iimjobs.com)
