Responsibilities:- All return assembly management: supervising collating of income tax returns, extensions and miscellaneous information returns in respective local office(s).- All SafeSend support: supervising SafeSend Assembly including SafeSend Delivery to clients in respective local office(s).- All SurePrep support: supervising creation of SurePrep Binders and SurePrep verification in respective local office(s).- All E-filing support: E-filing in national pools, monitoring the E-file Portal for respective local office(s), timely addressing e-file rejections and schema validation errors.- All CCH Workflow (XCM) support: XCM due date reporting and due date list maintenance for respective local office(s), setting up tasks, updating staffing and Client Groups in CCH Workflow (XCM), etc.- All Tax Operations automation support: monitoring and managing national Bot exception and business error pools, addressing and correcting business errors with Engagement Teams and facilitating processing of tasks for respective local office(s). 1099, 1042, 8027 and other Information Return E-filing in national pools.- All new client support: setting up new clients and applicable support in tax-related systems - Axcess Tax, GoSystem, CCH Workflow (XCM), Avalara, etc.- Support of all Tax Operations SWAT teams: AXCESS-SWAT, DOC-SWAT, XCM-SWAT, SurePrep-SWAT, SafeSend-SWAT, etc.- All India support: outsourcing and appropriate CC India 7216 permissioning in tax-related systems.- Management and closing of deadlines for respective local office(s) and serving as a back-up for national support.- Reconciling the due date report to the E-file portal for respective local offices to ensure deadline completion.- Understanding, troubleshooting and support of all Tax Department policies and procedures in respective local office(s).- Training, management and mentoring of Tax Operations coordinators in respective local office(s).- Support of newly integrated firms.- Communication across Tax Operations teams within the respective region.- 6+ years of experience in the tax/accounting industry.- Knowledge of CaseWare, Axcess Tax, CCH Document, GoSystem, GoFile Room, Avalara, SurePrep, SafeSend, CCH Workflow (XCM), and XCM Calendar.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel).- Superior Excel skills are preferred.- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
