  • Act as a liaison between bankers and clients to facilitate an efficient loan processing experience.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with clients, the sales team, and bankers to ensure timely completion of loan processes.
  • Coordinate with the loans department and sales team to organize property registrations.
  • Work closely with stamp vendors to prepare sale deed drafts, manage the payment of stamp duty fees, and oversee the preparation of registration documents.


Candidate Preferences:

  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Must reside near Banaswadi.
  • Should be willing to work six days a week, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sundays off.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
