Job DescriptionThe Role requires development experience in IBM BPM/BAW (Business Automation Workflow). Role will include designing and developing BPM solutions in IBM BPM/BAW and ensuring a reliable and timely delivery of the code to the customer as per the requirements.Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant and have experience in IBM BPM/BAW. They will not only be technically savvy but also have mastered the art of delivering customer solutions that meet their future requirements. The candidate will blend their analytical, solutions-focused approach with a service-oriented attitude. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Diploma/Degree related to Information Technology or equivalent experience.Experience Required4+ years broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions.Experience in migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is value add.Technical Skills: BPM/BAW (BPEL, BPMN) and JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP JSON, IBM BAW REST CallsProven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment.Workflow design principlesProactive, customer-focused, solutions-oriented, analyticalExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Fluent in EnglishAdditional InformationBehavioural Competencies: Taking ActionDeveloping StrategiesTeam WorkingEmbracing ChangeTechnical Competencies:Application SupportAgile DevelopmentDesign Patterns
